apart from gp ahmad, GPs at the surgery have been great so far. some very good docs there!
appointment can be handled and schedule better for urgent cases(same day) rather than waiting days or more.

Very disappointed with this surgery. Referrals are not followed up. Referrals not sent. Doctor does not get involved by calling the hospital and check the status of the referral.

This GP surgery needs to improve on the way it treats its staff. I realise that times are hard and the NHS is under a great deal of strain, but there are basic levels of respect and managerial support which one should be able to expect from an employer, which this surgery does not provide in the slightest.
